At Wells Integrative Medicine, we offer a variety of payment options to reflect a commitment to fairness and inclusivity, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances or background, can receive the quality healthcare they need.

Out-Of-Network

If your health insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get reimbursed for care received at our practice. We provide detailed superbills with the necessary codes for you to submit directly to your insurance provider.

Reimbursement rates vary based on your plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance company to understand your specific coverage, and we can not guarantee reimbursement for any or all service fees.

Our team is happy to guide you through this process and answer any questions to ensure you can access the care you need.

Underinsured Sliding Scale

Wells Integrative Medicine is pleased to offer a sliding scale discount program for uninsured patients/families as well as insured patients/families without "out-of-network" benefits.

We offer a 30% discount tier for those with a combined household income of <300% FPL, and a 50% discount tier for those with a combined household income of <200% FPL. This discount will be applied to all services received at Wells Integrative Medicine.

This discount is designed to reflect a commitment to affordable and accessible healthcare.

Tiered Membership

One final way Wells Integrative Medicine commits to keeping care affordable and accessible is to offer a tiered membership model for a recurring monthly fee.

Get started by taking a deep dive into your health! The Deep Dive Membership is a 3-month commitment designed to get to the root cause, help you achieve your goals even faster, and streamline your healing journey.

After completing the Deep Dive, you can choose to transition to either the Nurture Membership or the Maintenance Membership. Both require a three-month commitment, with an opportunity to reassess and adjust your membership tier at the end of each quarter to ensure it aligns with your ongoing needs.

As a member, you’ll enjoy additional benefits and discounted rates on select services and treatments while your membership is active. With predictable costs and a focus on your holistic well-being, this model ensures you receive the high-quality care you deserve.

    • 1 initial virtual visit dedicated to a deep dive into your nutrition and lifestyle habits, behavior change recommendations, and goal setting ($275 value)

    • 3 follow-up visits with your naturopathic doctor in the initial 3-month period ($1,005 value)

  • The Nurture Membership is about keeping up with your progress and fine-tuning your new habits, based on any changes you notice or new issues that may come up. It is great for those who strive on accountability, and is a great way to receive consistent body work for any physical pain complaints.

    • 3 visits with your naturopathic doctor in a 3-month period ($1,005 value)

    • 1 virtual visit per quarter dedicated to nutrition and lifestyle behavior change check-in and goal reworking ($275 value)

  • The Maintain membership is great once you are feeling better as fewer checkups are needed, but it’s still helpful to connect with your doctor to make sure you continue maintaining your optimal health. We also re-run labs during this time.

    • 1 prolonged visit with your naturopathic doctor in a 3-month period ($335 value)

    • 1 virtual visit per quarter dedicated to lab review, nutrition & lifestyle behavior change check-in, and goal reworking ($275 value)
