Naturopathic Medicine

In-Network

I am contracted as an in-network provider with the following insurance companies and plans:

  • Premera Blue Cross & Premera HMO

  • LifeWise Health Plan of Washington & LifeWise Assurance Co.

  • Aetna Commercial & Medicare Advantage

  • Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington

  • Ambetter HMO (Coordinated Care)

  • Cascade Care HMO (Coordinated Care)

  • L&I

  • PIP

Please always confirm coverage with your specific insurance plan before your visit!

  • Office visits, manual therapy, osteopathic manipulations, diagnostic labs & imaging.

  • Insurance companies do not cover services deemed “experimental”. These include supplements and herbal prescriptions, functional labs, and many injection therapies.

Underinsured Sliding Scale

Wells Integrative Medicine is pleased to offer a sliding scale discount program for uninsured patients/families as well as insured patients/families without "out-of-network" benefits.

We offer a 20%, 30% and 50% discount tier for those with a combined household income of <400% FPL, <300% FPL, and <200% FPL respectively. This discount will be applied to all services received at Wells Integrative Medicine.

This discount is designed to reflect a commitment to affordable and accessible healthcare.

Out-Of-Network

If your health insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get reimbursed for care received at our practice. We provide detailed superbills with the necessary codes for you to submit directly to your insurance provider.

Reimbursement rates vary based on your plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance company to understand your specific coverage, and we can not guarantee reimbursement for any or all service fees.

Our team is happy to guide you through this process and answer any questions to ensure you can access the care you need.

Massage Therapy

I am an in-network massage therapist with Premera, Kaiser, Aetna, and TriWest. I can also bill for work-related injuries (L&I) and auto accidents (PIP).

Most insurance companies require a referral and/or prescription from the member’s primary care physician prior to receiving massage therapy.

Cash-pay massage cost: $160 / hr
